Providing quality child care while supporting families is at the heart of what we do.
We understand how important it is for families to have access to reliable, high-quality child care. That’s why we strive to keep our programs both exceptional and accessible.
In addition to thoughtfully managed tuition rates, we offer a 20% sibling discount for additional children in your family, and accept Massachusetts Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) at all of our locations. Below, you’ll find helpful information on how to apply for child care benefits and join the waitlist.
Child Care Financial Assistance
Massachusetts offers Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) to help eligible families pay for child care. Depending on your income and family size, this program may cover part or all of your costs. All Guild locations accept accept Massachusetts Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA).

How to Apply
Getting started is simple and can be done online:

Create an account - Create or sign in to your MyMassGov account to access the application portal.

Complete the application - Fill out the online application with details about your household, income, and child care needs.

Submit required documents - Upload documents to verify your eligibility (such as income, employment, or school status).

Join the waitlist - If you qualify but funding isn’t available right away, you will be placed on the waitlist.

Wait for availability - When funding becomes available, your eligibility will be reviewed again.

Get approved and choose care - If approved, you can select a child care provider that works best for your family.

What Happens Next?

Families who have completed the waitlist application are encouraged to contact their preferred Guild location to confirm availability and/or get on the program's waitlist. *This program waitlist is separate from the funding waitlist.

Families who are approved receive benefits for a set period of time
