PARENT/GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT
Partnering with parents/guardians in the care and nurturing of your child is one of the primary goals at the Guild of St. Agnes. Our teaching staff values regular communication with parents/guardians and encourages classroom visits.
Before enrolling a child in our program, parents/guardians and children are invited to visit the site they are interested in to better determine if the program meets their needs. It is the hope of our teaching staff that parents/guardians will remain involved in day-to-day events by spending time with their child at drop-off and pick-up times. We also encourage all parents/guardians to spend time volunteering in our classrooms, whether it is to read a story, help implement an activity, volunteer a special skill that you may have or just to spend time with your child. In addition, from time to time, parents will be invited to special activities offered by the children.
All of our programs maintain an open door policy; parents are encouraged to visit the program as often as possible.
